Here's What You Need To Know

On Friday, April 12, 2019 at 7:00 pm, we will have orientation at Cape Fear Boxing Gym for all registered members to discuss the Summer Body Transformation Challenge and answer any questions that you may have prior to beginning. The challenge starts on Monday April 15, 2019 and ends Wednesday May 15, 2019. The first class will be held at 5:45 am, and various times throughout the day. There are prizes awarded to the top 3 finishers of the challenge! Here are the details:

  • There will be 3 Grand Prize Winners at the end of the challenge. I will explain later.

  • The registration fee is $199.00 ($149.00 if you register before Monday April 8th) and includes the following:

       1. Unlimited Access to our Ladies Boxing Boot Camp Classes for 30 full days (27 sessions per week to choose from).           

       2. Access to our Private Facebook Group (Members Only)

       3. Body Assessments at the beginning and end of the challenge to keep track of your progress (weight, body fat %, body                 composition)

       4. Accountability and support from everyone in the group to help you with motivation.

       5. My DEEP CLEANSE MEAL PLAN which will help you rid your body of unnecessary toxins and chemicals.

       6. Last but not least, A CHANCE TO WIN A FREE MONTH MEMBERSHIP AND $200.00 CASH! Imagine getting into                     awesome  shape and getting PAID to do it. Well, that will be the experience that the winner will have!

  • I'm going to provide you with a done for you meal plan crafted to help you increase your metabolism and burn more fat. (This is NOT a diet, it's a modified meal plan where all you have to do is read it, and eat it.)

  • You'll need to workout with me 4-5 times per week in a group setting during the program.

  • The workouts will be challenging, even hard at times, but never impossible. And you'll always have motivation and accountability from us and the rest of the group.

Each participant will receive accountability points throughout the challenge. There will be four ways to earn accountability points which we will explain to each participant that registers. The top 3 participants with the most points at the end of the 30 days, will win one of the following prizes:

1st Place = $200.00 CASH + 1 FREE month membership

2nd Place = $100.00 CASH + 1/2 off one month membership

One way that you will receive accountability points is by simply showing up to classes during the week as you can. 1 class = 1 accountability point per day. Your accountability points will help keep you focused and motivated during your 30 Day Transformation.

We offer classes 7 days per week!

Mon, Wed, Fri: 5:45am, 6:30am, 8:30am AND 5:45pm, 6:30pm

Tues, Thurs: 6:30am, 8:30 am AND 5:45pm, 6:30pm

Saturday: 9:00am, 10:00am

Sunday: 5:00pm, 5:45pm

3. What's the difference between this and other boot camps?

We not only give you the best workouts, but we also focus on your lifestyle which will yield the RESULTS! We offer support and accountability outside of the workouts that will increase your chances of reaching your goals. We focus on having a supportive environment and creating a community atmosphere where we celebrate each others results and inspire others to reach their goals. You will feel more like you are surrounded by family than you would at a normal gym.

4. If I am out of shape, can I still do the program?

Yes! The good thing about our workouts is that they are circuit-based, meaning that you only do what you can and you take breaks as you need them. We don't stop the workouts when one person takes a break. This ensures that no matter what level of fitness you're on, you will be challenged. Your goal is to be able to push harder with each workout. As you see people continue on as you take a break, you will be motivated to push harder as you do more workouts.

5. How many sessions can I attend?

The classes are unlimited! We recommend a minimum of 4-5 sessions per week, but depending on your goals and your level of fitness, you can certainly come more or less. Also, we have such a wide variety of class times because we understand the fact that everyone has a different work schedule, personal and family commitments.

6. When does my program officially start?

Orientation will be held Friday April 12th at 7:00 pm for approximately 30 minutes and you will be able to register for classes beginning April 15th.
