Now that you understand how the program works, lets get you on board. The online personal training program is broken down into 4-week blocks. The reason I ask for at least a 4 week commitment is because, typically speaking, it takes 2-4 weeks for your body to fully adapt to exercising and develop the habit of working out routinely. Once you are signed up, you will receive, via e-mail, a 9-question online fitness assessment which will help me understand your goals, current activity levels, medical conditions (if any) and eating habits. You will then begin to receive workouts that will be effective in helping you reach your goals. After your 4 weeks, we will reassess where you are in relation to your goals. Your consistency will determine how effective the program will be. Even if you have big goals that may take more than 4 weeks to reach, I find it effective to break down my programs into smaller goals that lead up to your ultimate goal. My job is to make sure that you have challenging workouts and to be your motivation to help keep you on track!
